BEGINNINGS

I've been actively practicing yoga since 1998 and began teaching in 2003.  Registered with Yoga Alliance at the ERYT-500 I teach weekly classes alongside workshops, teacher trainings, retreats and mentoring programs. 

In my classes you'll notice my love of anatomy, alignment and the fluidity of a strong vinyasa class to engender a deep feeling of ease and strength within the practice. I believe that everyone can participate and benefit from yoga and that the poses guide us to an empowered state of awareness as individuals to find our own rhythm both on the mat and in our lives.

Through the practice we meet ourselves, where we are, as we are, and with the help of the postures we move deeper toward  remaining present.  It is a privilege to be a guide in that process.
