The focus of mentoring is to support the needs of the teacher. Having a mentor is an important part of learning or refining skills. Mentoring is also an opportunity to work alongside an experienced teacher, and gain valuable insight and comfort in seat of the teacher. We work to enhance current skills, tap into your authentic voice and expand into new teaching territory. Some topics of study include sequencing, philosophy, weaving a theme, hands on adjustments, and more... Together we can structure a single or set of sessions that will address your questions and concerns. Please contact me to discuss various options.
"Mentoring sessions with Ellen were extremely beneficial to me. She is very encouraging with a wealth of knowledge to share. My confidence as a teacher increased since working with her." - Cole
