Why Privates?  

Are you looking to begin a yoga practice? Refine a pose? Work therapeutically or understand the actions needed to hold a steady handstand? Learn breath techniques and/or restorative practices to manage stress?  Discuss options for creating more routine in your life through Yoga Practice, Ayurveda and Meditation?

Working one on one can enhance your practice whether you are beginner, seasoned student or managing an injury. These are individual sessions created solely for you and are attentive to your personal, specific needs and goals for the time we spend together. After the session we have follow-up contact.

Included in a typical session:

  • brief pre-session discussion to guide us; talk about your concerns/goals and target our work together. Can be via phone or email.

  • one hour practice

  • a follow-up contact via email

Private Session Pricing:

60 minute:    $100

90 minute: $150

Private Package Savings

6 sessions:  choose either (6) 60 minutes or  (4)  90 minutes  $550 [save $50]

12 sessions: choose either (12) 60 minutes  or (8) 90 minutes  $1050  [save $150]

Semi private group -  60 minute sessions:   Hourly Rate plus $25 per person 2 – 4 students)

Larger groups priced separately email me for information and availability.   Private classes adhere to a 24hour cancellation policy. Can be held in my space or yours. There may be an additional fee for travel*
