with Dina Crosta and Ellen Mosko, YACEP/ERYT-500
November 3rd -5th, 2017
Please join Ellen Mosko and Dina Crosta as they guide you through a weekend to reclaim your connection to focus, inner peace, and tranquility. Ellen and Dina will be drawing from three of Patanjali’s eight limbs of yoga (Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi) and Ayurvedic wisdom to help you experience yourself as a fully present, nourished, and wholesome being. Expect mantra, meditation, asana, and some lecture. Also, if the weather permits, there will be some brief meditation practices outdoors. Please plan accordingly for the cooler weather and bring layers of clothing.
This weekend workshop is suitable for all levels of practitioner. Some prior yoga experience is helpful and variations will be made available.

Spring Break: A Women's Yoga Retreat with Ellen
at the Himalayan Institute
Need some “me time?” Want to reconnect with your practice, create a daily sequence that is doable for your schedule after you get home? Love the idea of discussing yoga philosophy in a lively conversation with other women? If yes, then join this weekend retreat to unwind and reboot.
During the Spring Equinox, as we transition from one season to another, a state of balance is reached between sunlight and darkness. As yogini's we learn the value of strength and vulnerability in our postures, and the benefits of both active and passive styles of practice, to create more harmony in our lives. As spring begins, be prepared with some practical tools to keep you in balance as we move toward the more active months ahead.
Each day includes both active and passive/restorative asana, pranayama, and meditation. The retreat is geared towards students and teachers with an ongoing practice looking to refine alignment, broaden knowledge of philosophy, and connect to the internal energetic aspects of a pose.
Same price as last year $360 for event with a double room/shared hall bath, meals and yoga. Other housing options are available at registration below.
