BEGINNINGS

Beginnings.
The frost-covered boardwalk and the cold ocean breeze of the New Year have a unique quality of excitement and anticipation. It’s a time to start fresh, move at a slower pace, and reflect on the past year as we contemplate the experiences that have shaped the present.
What was your most significant shift in the past year? What did you learn?

I am not much for writing down intentions or lists of goals. Somehow, I get stuck if I lock myself into specifics. Instead, I aim toward how I’d like to feel this time next year and what attitudes and disciplines I need to cultivate to feel grounded and confident in the future.
December usually flies by, so January, when everything becomes more still, is typically the time when I pause to look back and appreciate prior opportunities and lessons while beginning to focus on the bigger picture ahead.
Happy New Year, friends ♥️
