  • Regardless of the style of yoga I am teaching (Yin, Restore or Aligned Flow) it is my goal that you’ll be more focused in your mind, feel better in your body and move with greater ease.

  • Great question. Through my two decades of teaching experience, I use verbal cues, to help students find the alignment that feels proper in their body. In my pre-recorded videos, for certain poses, I demonstrate multiple options using props or an alternative posture that has the same benefit.

  • To me there is no such thing as better. I believe that every teacher has something to offer the yoga community.

    Personally, I have a life-long love of helping people. Through yoga I guide people to find flexibility both on and off the mat and in the process often they discover more balance in their lives.
