Slow Flow, Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath

An evening to unwind as we start with a few gentle flowing movements to warm the body and release kinetic energy. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a practice of working on the deeper layers of consciousness while in a state of relaxed awareness. Yogic sleep enhances the body's natural ability to calm the nervous system, encouraging mental clarity, deep peace, and restoration.
